Retention
Contact form messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Engagement records follow the retention schedule in the applicable statement of work. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the analytics provider’s configuration, typically 14 months or less.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use processors for email delivery or hosting. Processors are instructed to handle data only for providing their service to us.
