Custom engagement guide

The assessment method

A plain account of how we study task flow and developer productivity measures inside your existing rituals—without installing a new board on day one.

01

Align

We confirm which squad or product line is in scope, which decisions the sponsor needs to make, and what access we need to tickets and calendars. Out-of-scope items are written down so the engagement cannot quietly expand.

02

Observe

We attend standups, planning, and review rituals as guests. We do not facilitate your ceremonies. Notes focus on handoffs, wait reasons, and where items stall between ready-for-review and merge.

03

Interview

Short conversations with engineers, leads, designers, and release owners. Themes are aggregated. Individual quotes are never attributed in the report without permission.

04

Map

We draft a flow map with stage durations and queue annotations, then check it with people who live inside the work so idle time is not mislabeled as deep focus.

05

Decide

A half-day findings workshop ranks friction points and produces a 90-day plan your leads can staff. Optional coaching can follow; the assessment itself ends with the written report.
