Developer Workflow began as a Gyeonggi-based consulting desk for engineering leads who needed a clearer reading of developer productivity and task flow without buying another board they would ignore in a month.
We make the path from idea to release visible enough that teams can change queues, definitions, and rituals with shared language. Application analytics matter here as evidence about flow—not as a scoreboard for individuals.
The practice grew out of delivery reviews for product companies around Seoul and Gwangmyeong, where sponsors repeatedly asked the same question: why does work feel slower than the charts suggest? Mapping wait times and handoffs answered that question more reliably than raw commit counts.
